Mobilization

Mobilizing third parties presents a significant challenge due to the varying nature of documents based on employee activity risk, distinct validity periods for each document, and the need for swift access provisioning without compromising security for both the company and third-party workers.

Our mobilization process encompasses the entire spectrum, from receiving electronic documents for occupational health and safety analysis to facilitating access within your organization’s entry control system.

Issuing an ID card with a QR Code:

–    Ability to add a photo to the ID card.

–    Viewing the attached files for the worker and any pending issues related to the evaluated documentation.
